I would have happily given them 5 stars. The customer service was great, the maintenance always came in a timely fashion. I was in love with my rental, and Invitation homes. That all turned around over a year ago when I had an outside water pipe burst. It was no fault of my own. Just bad pipes. My water bill was $3500. My local water company adjusted my bill after I had proof that invitation homes had it fixed. After their adjustment it still left me owing $1400. Now I can't get Invitation Homes on the phone. I have sent in the bill, but no one helps. No one calls me back. They stuck me with a $1400 water bill. If I could have afforded to move I would have left. They stuck me with their responsibility, and I had no choice but to pay if I wanted water for myself, and family. So don't rent from them if you don't want to be out of $1400, and your time.
