Do Not Use This Service! First off they show up late without a truck, the lady Eboni says oh you said you didn't need a truck, I have several large items so why would I say that, She was rude and unprofessional I was already thinking omg this is a mess. I'm like don't worry my friend has a truck he is pulling up she is like it's ok we can just use the dolly since it's just one apartment to another. My friend pointed out the fact that she was trying to take up time because we were being charged by the hour. I also realize that she has two teenage boys with her to move my things if I wanted teenage boys to move my stuff I could've contacted my little cousins and my nephews I was under the impression that she was going to have  responsible adults move my stuff so I ask her to have the boys load the truck she yelled at me saying "I said we don't need a truck " I had to bite my tongue, The day is long the boys that she has helping move my stuff keep sitting down and taking breaks every time someone is not at the other apartment the end of everything I was charged $180 for an hour move when I finally started to settle I realize that I'm missing a diamond ring a diamond necklace that my grandmother gave me and my sofas are ripped to shreds so please save yourself some time and some heart ache do not use this service. I wish I could give negative stars.
